provides application-oriented knowledge in Geographic Information Systems. It is designed for persons aspiring to acquire a sound methodological and application-oriented background in Geoinformatics. It is a 1+ year program and graduates will be awarded the “Academic Certificate in Geographical Information Systems” by the University of Salzburg.

UNIGIS MSc

is a postgraduate, 2-year degree program leading to the academic degree Master of Science (CE) (Geographical Information Science & Systems Continued Education). It provides the conceptual and methodological foundation to solve complex problems in Geoinformatics. Graduates are qualified as project, team or department leaders.
